Governing the use of DreamIT ImpactOS by corporate enterprises, non-profit implementation partners, and foundation trustees.
1. Platform Nature: Intelligence & Telemetry Layer
DreamIT ImpactOS provides software-as-a-service infrastructure for portfolio intelligence, due diligence assistance, milestone monitoring, and evidence archival. The platform does not act as an escrow agent, financial intermediary, or legal guarantor of implementation partner execution.
2. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
Implementation partners warrant that all uploaded milestone photographs, vendor procurement invoices, and beneficiary attendance records represent genuine real-world events. Submitting fabricated or duplicated evidence constitutes grounds for immediate platform termination and regulatory reporting.
3. Intellectual Property & Evidence Ownership
Corporate clients retain 100% proprietary ownership of their project data, financial records, and evidence vaults. DREAM IT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying ImpactOS software architecture, algorithms, and models.
